Very well written story and it runs the gamut of emotions. It really tugs your heartstrings. Noah's children are just darling and between them and Uncle David, Noah and Tricia don't stand a chance (of not being together that is).

Next month's release of TSDVW just adds to Susan Crosby's list of good books! The Wives for Hire series is wonderful!
Noah Falcon has been alone with his 4 children, twin 12 y.o. girls and twin 9 y.o. boys since his wife died 3 years ago. Well he hasn't been alone he's had a nanny/home school teacher, a cook, a gardener and anyone else he needs. He's treated the nanny/teacher as an employee, they were young women just graduated and thrilled for the chance to teach these wonderful children, maybe a little too wonderful. Noah is standoffish to everyone but his brothers and he can be real bossy with them--he is the oldest of the three and feels he raised them as his father and his wives were always working to make his father's business better but it really didn't do it. Noah took over and made it what it is today with the help of David. Noah has issues as you can see
Noah's brother, David with the children's help has hired the newest nanny/teacher without Noah even knowing. Tricia McBride is the answer to Noah's problems but she is a teacher first so he must participate in life with the children--Tricia is going to make sure! Tricia wants Noah and his children to be a family. Unknowingly maybe it's the one she's never had. We learn each child and their personalities and how Noah deals with them--he does OK but Tricia knows it could be better!
Noah and Tricia dance around each other for some time before they face their attraction but what can they do about it? With everyone "helping" Tricia and Noah do have a romance but life is a little sticky for them though. This was to be a temporary job for Tricia!
I've enjoyed both David and Noah's books--David's was THE BACHELOR'S STAND IN WIFE #1912. November's release THE MILLIONAIRE'S CHRISTMAS WIFE is Gideon's story. I'm ready for it now
