Great Book January 8, 2009 Reposition Yourself: Living Life Without Limits by T.D. Jakes is a book that disapproves in a gentle, earnest, or solicitous manner that preaching for economic well-being is not the direction this book was going to take and in not blessed. Jakes feels that the biggest problem people must overcome is self-imposed limitations that result from not having faith. Through scripture one can find a life partner and prosperity. If you are interested in the hope and faith that God and Jesus can only bring in this day and age, I suggest you read a great book entitled "The Enlightenment, What God Told Me After One Million Prayers: A Message for Everyone," by John H. Eagan. It brought me to tears. It's great and deals with Jesus' Passion. I think if you liked Jakes' book you will love this book too.
Outstanding Author and Material January 7, 2009 "Reposition Yourself" contains great insight and presents an outstanding, positive approach to life, and challenges oneself to live one's life to its fullest potential. This book is inspiring, encouraging, and motivating. I highly recommend it to anyone in the transitions of life.
Wonderful book... January 4, 2009 the writing is beautiful, inspiring and very funny also. I liked his use of truck-driving occupation to deliver the message of preparation for what you want to achieve in this life. Well done.
CHALLENGING!!! December 11, 2008 This book was recommended to me by a friend several months ago. I finally felt the urge to purchase it a few months ago. I am so pleased that I did. The information compiled in this book is exactly what I needed in my life for right now. I choose to stick to information that promotes wisdom and knowledge, spiritually & naturally. This book have a great balance. I specifically enjoy T.D. Jakes' style of writing. The book challenges the reader in key areas of inner growth. When I read the first Chapter, I was hooked. I never heard of an addiction to apathy. For anyone that may be in a situation & you are having a hard time moving out or on from it, READ THIS BOOK.
Useless Jibber Jabber November 25, 2008 I bought the audio collection and I have to say that it offers nothing but a large vocabulary and name-droppings, emphasizing the droppings part. Boy Mr. Jakes likes himself. Please do not waste your hard-earned money on platitude after platitude. I have never written a review, but this POS was so bad, I had to step up and try to save America some money.
