I bought this cd for my daughter's wedding. It was to be a surprise for her. We played it at the reception, where the acoustics were terrible and the commotion was high, so she could barely hear it over the cocophony of sounds. WHAT A PITY we didn't play it at the ceremony, right after her father walked her up the aisle, and I stood there with them! It would have been the perfect time & place! (Just before handing the bride over to the bridegroom, while the room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and everyone's attention was focused on the details. There wouldn't have been a dry eye in the church!! I would highly reccomend it. (esp. the male vocal)

This was so perfect for my daughter's wedding. I, as a single parent, gave my daughter away and played this song before i turned her over to the groom. it was a very sentimental moment and precious. Thanks for the fast delivery also.

I absolutely loved this song. I gave it to my daughter on her wedding day, after I had read the words to the audience during my speech. (I wanted to sing it, but chickened out) It is just perfect, and I liked that it had 2 versions, one done by a male and one by a female. THis is a great gift CD for a daughter.

My girlfriend was getting married and needed a song to dance with her father at the wedding reception. I gave her this CD and they danced to it. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. Both father and bride as well as those attending were moved by the music. Thanks for making her wedding a memorable one.

When we first heard this song at a wedding in New York we knew that it was the perfect song for our daughters wedding.
It says exactly what we wanted to say to our daughter on her wedding day.
When the DJ played it at our daughters wedding here in California everyone wanted to know where they could get a copy too. It seems like all our daughters are getting married at once and everyone we know wants this song.
"A Song For MY Daughter " will be a wedding favorite for many years to come.
It was very helpful to have the two versions on the one CD (from dad or mom to the bride) Both singers are excellent.
We had the female version played at the church and the male version played for the father and bride dance.
