Disappointing March 6, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This was one of two planners I ordered and it was very disappointing. For one the binder is very flimsy and planning details involved are slim to none. Ultimately I only used this planner for overflow. This planner might work if you are having a very small wedding but it is not very helpful for any kind of detailed work. Trust me, you could do better. The best thing about this is the cute pink design, but you get over that real quick.
Cheaply made February 25, 2008 Cheap cover. No blank space for writing. I bought this book and I carry around a $.50 nootbook from Wal-Mart. A few good tips but talk to your girlfriends, I bet they know them. Not worth the money!!
Definitely not what I expected February 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item was not how I thought it would be based on the description on Amazon. It is a completely flimsy binder (that could have used much bigger rings so that you could add a lot more stuff to it) and mine was actually damaged when I got it. The binder itself doesn't even have pockets on its inside other than the ones in the rings! It is not "durable" as the description reports and the pockets that come with it are these pathetic little inserts and they only give you 8. These pockets really don't hold that much and the little bit of information that they put in the binder for you really doesn't tell you anything new if you have read any other wedding planning material. I was really disappointed with this item, and I even got it on sale. Save your money for the wedding.
P.S. This resource also has nothing to do with The Knot, despite what the name might imply.
Great February 8, 2008 This organizer is great. It's got pockets to fit all my clip outs, and lots of places to write out my ideas. Plus it's made of plastic, so it's holding up to it's frequent use!
Knot: a really good Wedding Organizer January 28, 2008 This is a good wedding organizer. I like the fact that you can expand it if you want since it's a 3 ring binder with plastic folders. I wish it had more checklists, ideas, perhaps even a business card holder in the front and tabs but over all this is a good one and I'm happy with it.
