This is an excellent book to start for the the basics and to keep for reference. I keep going back to it all the time.

This book is a "must have" for beaders of all skill levels. I have been creating jewelry for 15 years. This book helped me learn even more.

Great for beginners. November 22, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is put together very well. It covers just about everything a beginning jewelry maker / beader would want to know. I would strongly recommend, though, that you take a beginner's beading course at your nearest bead shop. After I did that, it brought the book to life for me. Take the book with you and ask your instructor to clarify anything you did not fully understand.
Teach Yourself Visually, Jewelry Making & Beading September 1, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I am just learning how to make crystal jewelry. This is the fourth book I purchased and it is the best. To actually see the illustrations is invaluable. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to make jewelry.
