I can't speak for the effectiveness of Resonance Repatterning - but I found this book interesting and well-written. Energy medicine information was presented in practical, down-to-earth terms.

As a certified practitioner and retired teacher of Resonance Repatterning (RR), I am heartened that Chloe Wordsworth, with the assistance of Gail Glanville, has finally written this book for the public. Many of us all over the globe have been using RR for our clients and ourselves for years. Now the world can better understand Resonance Repatterning through the use of this book.
Quantum Change Made Easy gives readers a theoretical glimpse into the field of physics to clearly explain the basis of the RR process. It then takes the reader through the steps of that process, beautifully explaining how by changing our resonance with negative beliefs and experiences, we can transform our lives. The suggested activities at the end of each chapter encourage the reader to begin to experience for themselves the subtle shifts that occur when we focus our energy.
I have favorite chapters: "Kinesthetic Sense" which so well explains through examples and stories our `felt sense' of inner knowing and "Quantum Change" which summarizes the benefits of conscious living. This book brings hope, inspiration, and direction to its readers by demonstrating how we can move beyond our upsets and distress by resonating with our highest frequencies.

This book goes way beyond the typical self-help books of late. Instead of just telling us that the universe is energy and that thoughts create, Chloe Wordsworth provides in-depth information that is also clear and easy to understand. However, even more important is that Quantum Change Made Easy gives practical information on HOW to bring about transformation on an energetic level. This is the basis for change on any level and in any area of life -- physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relationships, etc. I highly recommend this book!!! I already have my own copy and am ordering more to share with friends.
