Gail and Mike do an outstanding job helping us to see how to lead through their experiences. The lessons are often subtle, but are very relevant to the real world that professional services providers operate in. The book is entertaining and light - an easy read. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn from two great leaders in a short period of time.
